TheTroyLibrary.org was recognized for its ’sleek design’ in the October 2008 issue of American Libraries. The CSS/XHTML design runs on WordPress behind the scenes allowing library staff to add/edit information at any time from a web interface.
Theodore Roosevelt Virtual Exhibit
This virtual exhibit, showcases items from the NYS Library’s collection that cover a large span of Theodore Roosevelt’s career. The site features dynamic navigation and a javascript photo gallery.
The CSS/XHTML design of the website was built on top of the Joomla CMS which allowed for community features. A private area for members included a member directory connected to the church’s membership management software.
